Your managers will acquire skills pivotal to enabling their teams to perform at their peak, thanks to a curriculum that couples leading-edge learning resources with world-renowned thought leadership.

Experiential learning: Our 3 workshops provide hands-on experience, and the March intake workshops take place on:
• 12 September → full-day workshop
• 13 September → full-day workshop
• 17 October → 2.5 hour virtual coaching session
• 15 November → full-day workshop with a graduation ceremony
All in person workshops to be held at the JW Marriot, Nairobi
Integrated online support and coaching: In addition to our workshops, we provide continuous online assistance to ensure prolonged and effective learning engagement.
